What a wonderful time we had as we gathered to celebrate and recognize everyone who participated in this year's Vacation Bible School!
Today's service was a special time of reflection as we looked back on everything we learned throughout the week. From Tuesday through Friday, we were reminded that we are called to be Soldiers of the Lord, fully equipped with the whole Armor of God. Each lesson taught us that every piece of God's armor has a purpose and that we must put it on daily so we can stand firm in our faith and remain battle ready for whatever comes our way.
We were also blessed to recognize those who faithfully attended and participated throughout the week. Congratulations to everyone who was awarded! We pray these accomplishments encourage you to continue growing in Christ and hiding His Word in your heart.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to every teacher, condette, volunteer, and every person who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make Vacation Bible School such a success. Thank you to everyone who attended, children, youth, and adults. Your presence, participation, and support helped make this week a tremendous blessing.
A very special thank you goes to our leaders for their vision, dedication, and countless hours of planning to make this week possible. We are especially grateful for our First Lady and Bishop Rogers for their unwavering leadership, love, encouragement, and commitment to the work of the Lord. Your guidance and support continue to be a blessing to our church family, and we sincerely appreciate all that you do.
Above all, we give all the glory, honor, and praise to God for allowing us to come together to learn more about Him. We pray that the lessons from Vacation Bible School don't end here, but that we continue to walk in truth, live by faith, and put on the whole Armor of God each and every day.
Congratulations again to all of our award recipients, and thank you to everyone who made this year's Vacation Bible School one to remember. May we continue to stand strong, remain faithful, and always be battle ready as Soldiers of the Lord! 🛡️⚔️❤️
