Inviting Jackson to find the hope and repair of Heaven. At 1208 Greenwood, we believe the prayer Jesus taught—“Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven”—is meant to take root in real places. Our hope is to see signs of Heaven’s life appearing right here in Jackson. We’re a church in the Flat Iron District learning to follow Jesus together. We believe church is more than a
weekly gathering—it’s a community of people being shaped by the Spirit and sent into our city with hope. We seek to live Spirit-led lives, listening for the Holy Spirit and welcoming the gifts God gives to the church. We engage the Bible and theology with Jesus at the center, creating space for learning, questions, and growing faith. We believe God brings healing and wholeness—in hearts, relationships, and communities—and we make room for prayer, care, and spiritual formation along the way. We follow Jesus into love and justice, standing with the poor, marginalized, and vulnerable in our city. We cultivate authentic community, sharing meals, friendships, laughter, and life together. And because people are made in the image of a creative God, we celebrate the gifts, imagination, and creativity God has placed in each person. All of this is part of a simple hope:
that the life of God’s kingdom might take root here in Jackson.
