✨ Moments That Matter✨

This month’s Heartbeat features a deeply personal reflection written by our partner, Zsuzsa Mecséri-McNamara. 🇭🇺

In Humility and Courage,
she offers her Testimony;
living out our call to share our story for Christ’s glory.
A journey marked by vulnerability,
exploitation,
trauma,
and the long journey towards healing.

In telling it, she reveals what it meant when the Church stepped into her life;
Not with spectacle.
Not with applause.
But with steady faithfulness.

The kind of faithfulness Scripture calls us to.

To “Learn to do right; seek justice.
Defend the oppressed….” (Isaiah‬ ‭1‬:‭17‬ ).

To “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves,
for the rights of all who are destitute” (‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭31‬:‭8‬-).

To “To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God” (Micah‬ ‭6‬:‭8‬).

What she encountered was embodied mercy;
practical support,
dignifying presence,
and prayer that reflected Christ-
the One whose redemption restores dignity and proclaims liberty to the captive.

Her life now bears witness to what a transformational church truly looks like;
people stepping into broken spaces with courage,
carrying burdens together,
and trusting Christ to bring restoration.

We encourage you to take time to read her full article in the March issue of Heartbeat.
Her words carry both strength and surrender, and they deserve to be read in full.

Some stories echo because they are loud.
Others endure because they are true.

This one reflects the heart of Christ. 🕊️✨

✨Word of the Week: REACH✨

Reach;
To extend beyond yourself with purpose, love, and intention. 🤲🌍

📜 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭19‬).

The Gospel was never meant to stay within the walls of a church.
Jesus continually Reached people where they were;
by the sea, on the mountainside,
in villages, in homes,
and among those society overlooked.

As followers of Christ,
we are called to do the same.

To Reach means extending
compassion to a neighbor,
encouragement to a friend,
hope to someone who feels forgotten,
or sharing the love of Christ wherever God has placed us.

🌞 Our partners at Amor Viviente Bilingual School embody this mission every day!

Through Education, Worship,
Discipleship, and Genuine relationships,
they are helping children discover both Knowledge and the life-changing
Love of Jesus.

At JFM, we are grateful to stand alongside ministries like theirs, because the Kingdom grows when the Body of Christ reaches together!

“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth” (1 John 3:18).

🤍 Thank you for allowing us to be part of what God is doing in Honduras 🇭🇳

🏥 GOOD NEWS FOR THE PEOPLE OF CIBITOKE COMMUNE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA

👨‍⚕️The EL-RAPHA Clinic (“God Heals”), operated by the Free Methodist Church in Burundi, officially began serving the public on June 9, 2026.

🔙After receiving official authorization from the Ministry responsible for public health, the clinic formally opened its doors to welcome and treat patients. The clinic is located in Karurama, Cibitoke Commune, below Lycée CIBITOKE. It is equipped with qualified medical staff, modern equipment, and the necessary medicines to care for the community.

📢We are also pleased to share that the Free Methodist Church in Burundi continues to construct additional buildings on the property with the vision of one day expanding this small clinic into a full hospital.

What a beautiful evening together. 🤍🌍

Thank you to everyone who came out to support GO Missions and hear about what God is doing through our partners in Bulgaria. 🇧🇬
It was such an encouraging reminder that the Gospel continues to move powerfully across cultures, communities, and nations.

Through faithful leaders, pastors, churches, and ministries, lives are being impacted with the hope of Christ every single day. Hearing the stories, sharing a meal together, praying together, and reflecting on God’s faithfulness made for such a meaningful night. 🤲✨

We are incredibly grateful for the Galloways and for the work being done throughout Bulgaria; from discipleship and church planting to loving and serving Roma communities with compassion and dignity.

Thank you to everyone who continues to pray, give, encourage, and walk alongside this mission. The Kingdom of God is growing in beautiful ways, and we are humbled to be part of it. 🙏🌱

📜“The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14). 🕊️✨

🌎🇭🇳 There is something deeply important about young people witnessing the world beyond their own.

Missions have a way of reshaping perspective.

What begins as a trip often becomes something much deeper;
a realization that the Kingdom of God
stretches far beyond our own
routines, comforts, and understanding. 🌿

Through Christ, we begin to see people differently.

Not as strangers across borders,
but as brothers and sisters carrying the same image of God,
gathered beneath the same name of Jesus. 🤲

We often leave thinking we are going to teach,
only to discover how much we ourselves are being taught.

✨Taught through joy that exists without abundance.
✨Through generosity shared by those with little.
✨Through faith that remains steady in hardship.
✨Through communities that remind us what it looks like to truly depend on Christ each day.

In the dawn of life,
these sacred experiences etch eternal truths upon the heart,
planting seeds that will root deeply and flourish for a lifetime;

A wider perspective.
A softer heart.
A deeper gratitude.
A bolder faith.

Not a faith that only fills church pews,
but a faith that learns to walk,
serve,
listen,
and love like Jesus.

Sometimes the moments that stay with us are unexpectedly small;
a prayer whispered in another language,
dust on your shoes after walking unfamiliar roads,
children laughing in places the world forgot to notice,
or the quiet realization that Christ was already moving long before we arrived. ✨

The kind of moments that change how you see people.
How you serve.
How you pray.
How you carry the heart of Christ into everyday life. 🕊️

We wanted to share a few reflections from previous Honduras trips because sometimes testimony speaks louder than explanation.

Take a moment to be enlightened 🤍
