The Mississippi Baptist Singing Churchmen The Mississippi Singing Churchmen is a men’s choir, comprised of ministers of music from Baptist churches in Mississippi.

The membership is open to all men who help in leading music in their churches, and proclaim the gospel in Jesus’ name.

Hello Friends! Here’s a few notes that might be helpful as you prepare for Monday 9/14 at The Hill:

1. Pleasant Hill Baptist is located at 1383 Pleasant Hill Rd., Columbus, MS 39702

2. Take US 82 East from Columbus to almost Alabama! The last exit in MS is Stokes Rd. Go left for about a mile and you’ll come to the intersection of Stokes Rd. and Tabernacle Rd. (Family Dollar on the right.) Stokes becomes Pleasant Hill Rd. Go past the Dollar General on the right and the church is on the right.

3. Columbus has good hotel options but I would stay away from the ones at the Military Rd. exit. I recommend the three at the 18th St. exit or La Quinta by the “plane on a stick”. The Hyatt place by Belk is also good.

We’re looking forward to hosting y’all! We’ve got our best cooks in the kitchen, our sanctuary is being prepared, and we’ve sent press releases to every print and broadcast outlet in our area. Dr Tom and I will be live on Noonday at WCBI-TV next Thursday promoting the concert. COME! BRING FRIENDS! We’ll see you then!

This from my sister concerning my great nephew:

PRAISE! Amos is doing great! Dr came in late last night and spoke with Jessica and Eric! MRI was totally normal and all lab work is normal as well. Jessica breastfed him at 6pm yesterday and he ate like a champ! 24ml a feeding. If he keeps this up, he will probably be able to go home this week! J & E both were able to get rest last night here at the house so they are feeling much better today! Dad is headed out this morning for Mobile. Thankful for my prayer warriors!

This is Bobby Sanderson, Please pray for my niece Jessica Havard and her newborn son Amos Havard Enright. She was 36 hours in labor before C-section. Now the baby's heart rate has dropped and he's in the NICU. Jessica, and her boyfriend Eric, have walked away from the faith. She is the one I sent Ben Owen's book: 7 Reasons to (re)Consider Christianity.

I’m looking for an old Christmas musical DEMO for “Joy to the World”, originally released by Benson (Singspiration). My music minister also wants an ACCOMPANIMENT CD or TAPE if one is available. She wants to use one of the songs in that collection for Christmas. Happy to borrow or purchase from you. We already have the books in our church library. CAN YOU HELP US?
