Michigan District Jr High gathering final day! The day started off with packing up and breakfast. Many rounds of gaga ball were played before our final mass event. The mass even closed out our time at the gathering. Of course they had to get several more rounds of gaga ball in before we left. In fact, we were the last church to leave the gaga ball pit. We had lunch and arrived safely back at Redeemer around 2:30! I’m sure the kids are exhausted but all had a great time!

Michigan District Jr High gathering day 2! It was a full day starting off with breakfast and devotions. We went to our service project site where we helped a veteran with yard work. After getting cleaned up we headed for lunch and the breakout sessions. We went to a sports card shop where the boys just had to buy baseball and basketball cards. We had dinner and went to the water park one final time. Afterwards, we headed to St Lorenz for a prayer service.

Michigan District Jr. high gathering day 1! Today started off with chants of Frankenmuth as we drove under the welcome sign! We then went to the Bavarian Blast water park! We at dinner and then played games! 600 students playing marshmallow dodgeball was crazy. Pastor Zach has never been hit by so many marshmallows before in his life! We ended the evening with a mass gathering and devotions back at the hotel!

What began as a simple bathroom renovation for a disabled grandmother raising her grandchildren turned into a week of unexpected blessings—repairing a leaking roof, restoring safety to her home, and reminding her and her family they were not alone.
