Happy Passover!

A Happy and, especially healthy New Year to all.

In past years, Congregation Kehillat Tikvah, along with a committee of Jackson-Heights organizations and many other people, have planned and carried out an in-person Martin Luther King/Mitzvah Day observation and celebration for our community.

Unfortunately, this year, the new Covid-19 outbreak has made it imprudent, even dangerous, to hold such an event in person.

It was on Zoom last year, which took a lot of time, effort and coordination. We have reluctantly decided not to do that this year.

We hope that we can physically meet for the event again, in person next year.
