🙏🏽 A PRAYER FOR OUR STUDENTS 🙏🏽
As our children prepare to start a new school year tomorrow, Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church is covering our entire school community in prayer. 🙏🏽📚✏️
We pray for every student—that God will give them wisdom, courage, confidence, protection, understanding, discipline, and a heart ready to learn. May they walk into their classrooms knowing they are loved, capable, and never alone.
We are also praying for our:
🙏🏽 School Administrators & Principals — for wisdom, patience, leadership, and discernment.
🙏🏽 Teachers & Educators — for strength, creativity, compassion, patience, and renewed purpose.
🙏🏽 Teacher Assistants & Support Staff — for grace and strength as they serve our children.
🙏🏽 Special Education Staff & Related Service Providers — for patience, understanding, and the ability to meet every child where they are.
🙏🏽 School Counselors, Social Workers & Mental Health Staff — for wisdom and compassion as they support students and families.
🙏🏽 School Nurses & Health Staff — for protection, discernment, and care.
🙏🏽 School Bus Drivers & Transportation Staff — for safety, alertness, and protection on every route.
🙏🏽 School Resource Officers & Safety Personnel — for wisdom, vigilance, and protection.
🙏🏽 Custodians & Janitorial Staff — for strength and appreciation as they help keep our schools clean and safe.
🙏🏽 Cafeteria & Nutrition Staff — for strength and joy as they nourish our children.
🙏🏽 Office Staff, Secretaries & Front-Office Teams — for patience, organization, and grace.
🙏🏽 Coaches, Coaches’ Assistants & Activity Leaders — for positive influence and encouragement.
🙏🏽 Volunteers & Community Partners — for continued willingness to serve and support our schools.
🙏🏽 Parents, Guardians & Caregivers — for wisdom, patience, strength, and peace as they guide their children.
And most importantly, we pray for our children. ❤️
May God go before them, walk beside them, protect them, and give them everything they need to have a successful school year. May every classroom be filled with learning, kindness, respect, patience, and peace.
