Speaker - Jonathan Scurtu (MDiv, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School; ThM, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is an ACBC-certified biblical counselor and a minister serving on the pastoral team at Logos Baptist Ministries, a Romanian church in the Chicagoland area. In this course, Pastor Lucas will uncover some of the inner workings of a sermon so that listeners can engage more worshipfully for maximum benefit. Come learn what to listen for, how to follow with greater clarity, how to know what to write down, and most importantly of all, how to be changed by the sermon. Whether you've never taken notes before or you've got stacks of journals filled with sermon notes already -- or even if you're not into taking notes -- you will gain much from this series on listening worshipfully.
