TRAFFIC ALERT -

This weekend, we joyfully celebrate as our First Communicants receive the Sacrament of their First Holy Eucharist at all Masses across our parish family. With this special occasion, we anticipate larger-than-usual Mass attendance as many families and guests will be joining us to witness the youngest members of our Church take an important step in their faith journey. At St. Joseph, this will bring added challenges given our limited parking.

Please plan ahead and consider:
• Carpooling to Mass
• Parking at the Issaquah Public Library Downtown and walk up the hill to the church, if possible
• Leaving extra time for travel
• Being patient with traffic and parking—and extend grace to fellow parishioners and guests

Please note: There is no parking permitted at the Living Bible Church across the street.

We look forward to celebrating Mass with you at this special time

Works of Mercy are an integral part of who we are as a parish. These works continue to help those in need in our city and region. Here are a few updates from our St. Vincent de Paul Ministry thanks in-part to St. Joseph Parishioners:

• SVDP helped 35 of 45 neighbors requesting assistance
• $13,294 of assistance was provided
• Housing aid given totaled $10,236
• Food donations totaled $1,474
• Household Good & Beds totaled $1,076
• Clothes, Utilities and gas make up the remining balance

Our local SVdP chapter is seeing an increased need for assistance and could use your help! We will be holding a collection at tonight's Mass for the benefit of SVdP. If you wish to donate online, please visit sjcissaquah.org/st-vincent-de-paul
