Dear Worthington Chapel United Methodist Church. It is with great disappointment that I submit my resignation as pastor of a good church there that’s my health will not permit me to continue. I always valued the ability to give a farewell sermon to my churches but this time it will not be possible. I want to thank Church for all the kindness to To Gemma and myself the gift cards the regular kindness the words of encouragement the support of a loving church. We have new hopes of a recovery from my illness and I asked for your prayers but I want you to know that these three years have been special to us and helping us to become recognized in both our original denomination of United Methodist Church it’s a blessing to our lives. We pray for the future of the church and know God will be there to supply all your needs.

Eden West did such a good job at church this morning, she is a natural at public speaking, much like Daddy, and nothing like Mommy. As soon as she sat back down in our pew Wyatt her brother leaned over and said to her “Eden you did amazing” ❤️

Gemma and I send everyone our warmest Christmas Wishes. Our family was blest this year. Nathanael was a good father to his children while farming in Glasgow KY and flying internationally for UPS. Christopher became a father this year and is in the essential oil business with his entrepreneurial wife Rachel in Chattanooga TN. Kevin is lecturing at UNC Charlotte, Dr. Kristy is a pediatrician at Charlotte Presbyterian, their two daughters are darlings. Pastor Andrew Crimmins is ministering in Asheville NC, his dearest Rebecca will soon be a nurse practitioner, their son Desmond is in training to become a Pittsburgh Steeler.
Gemma and I serve two country churches on Sunday at 9 and 11. We also run a business together in Owensboro KY. To all our friends and family Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year.

Wonderful Sunday at Worthington Chapel UMC! We had our first ‘Blessing of the Backpacks’, and it was a great success!!
