Yoga starts up again TONIGHT at St. Mike's!

We are happy to announce our new Spring Yoga Schedule. Candlelight Yoga starts TONIGHT.

STRETCH, STRENGTHEN, RELEASE
Tuesday: 7-8pm: Candlelight Flow (with Ashley)
Thursday: 7-8pm: Candlelight Flow (with Ashley)
Saturday: 10 - 11am: Morning Yin & Yang (with Megan)
Sunday: 6:30 - 7:30pm: Vinyasa Flow (with Megan)

$4/ person. Open to all levels. Be good to your body and soul.
