In a world where everything seems as if it's falling apart, God is the source of assurance we need. Romans 12:9 says "Love should be shown without pretending. Hate evil and hold on to what is good.”

Romans 12:9 will be the focus of Rev. Jeniffer Rodriguez' message entitled "What should I do? Who should I Be?" this Sunday, August 30th at 10:30 am.

✨ Are you feeling a bit disconnected lately? ✨ Life gets busy, routines take over, and sometimes our spiritual practice takes a back seat.

If you’ve been feeling a tug to reconnect, consider this your gentle sign to get back on track. 🕊️

You don't need hours of free time to reset. You can start today with small, intentional steps:

Morning stillness: Spend 5 minutes in quiet meditation or prayer before checking your phone. 🧘‍♂️

Psalm: 5:3: "In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly."

Nature walks: Step outside, breathe deeply, and appreciate the world around you.

Job 12:7-8 “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; 8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you.

🍃Gratitude journaling: Write down three things you are deeply thankful for tonight. ✍️

1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus". T

Sacred reading: Reconnect with a text, podcast, or teaching that feeds your soul.

Psalm 51:10 — "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me."

📖Your spiritual journey isn’t about perfection; it’s about connection. Give yourself some grace and take that first step back today. 🤍

💡 Today is National Thoughtful Day! Let’s take a moment to pause, look around, and lift someone up.

A small gesture can make a massive difference in someone’s day.How can you participate today?

Here are a few simple ideas:

Send a text: Reach out to a friend you haven't spoken to in a while.

Pay it forward: Buy a coffee for the person behind you in line.

Spread kindness: Leave a sticky note with a positive message for a coworker.

Just listen: Give someone your full, undivided attention.

Let a person who inspires you know how you value them.

🌅 **Let’s hit the pause button this morning.**
💨 Take a deep breath.
👀 Look around.

🙏 God has blessed us with the gift of another beautiful day, and my heart is just overflowing with gratitude today. ✨ When we start our day with thanksgiving, it changes our whole perspective. It shifts our eyes off our problems and puts them right back onto the One who holds our future.

📖 "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." — 1 Thess

No matter what your week looked like, God is still good, He is still faithful, and He is still on the throne. Let’s choose joy today!
