The Joy of Community is when we are able to make alliances to expand our reach towards harmony and understanding.

Congratulations to Praful Shah (sitting 94 years old) and his wife, Rama Shah (92 years old), pictured with ManMaking Group* ESL instructor Sharad Shah! They became US citizens last week!

*The ManMaking Group is an integral part of the Oak Tree-Iselin Presbyterian Church community outreach. Since 1999, the group holds yoga classes from 9 am to 10 am, and ESL and citizenship classes from 10 am to 12 noon in the lower level of our church. This service is provided free to the community from the senior citizens in the Asian-Indian Community. For more information, contact Sharad Shah at 848-467-1229.
