Leadership isnā€™t about having a titleā€”itā€™s about being someone worth following.

This week reminded us that **character matters, consistency matters, and our example matters.** God isnā€™t growing us just for ourselves; Heā€™s growing us so we can serve, lead, and strengthen others.

One question really challenged me:

**ā€œWho is becoming better because I am becoming better?ā€**

Donā€™t just attend. **Serve.**
Donā€™t just grow. **Lead.**
Donā€™t just carry a title. **Carry responsibility.**
