Midweek confession, church family: our pastor swears his sermons are only 20 minutes long. The back pew has quietly timed them at 27, 31... and the legendary 44 last month.

We do not mind one bit — somebody has to feed the flock before the potluck feeds the flock! We just keep the wall clock where he can see it and our hearts wide open.

Bless our pastor — a heart even bigger than his longest sermon.

Some Sundays the sermon hits so warm and cozy that your eyelids just can't take the joy anymore. Bless the sleepy saints in the back pew — nodding along... and occasionally nodding off. No judgment here: the Lord gave us comfortable pews for a reason. Rest easy, friends. 😴

😄 Today's Sunday School wisdom:

The teacher asked, "Who can tell me about Noah?" A little boy's hand shot up: "He built the ark... so his last name must be Ark!" 😂

You know it's a good fellowship dinner when you need a map to find an open spot on the potluck table. 🍽️

The unwritten rules of our church potluck:
1. The casserole with the most melted cheese goes first. Always.
2. Nobody — NOBODY — touches the peach cobbler before the blessing. (There's a story there. We don't talk about it.)
3. If you bring store-bought rolls and call them homemade, the deacons will know. They always know.
4. You came for the devotional. You stayed for the second helping.

Fellowship is the church family gathered around one table — plenty of food, plenty of laughter, and always room for one more chair. Bring an appetite, bring a friend, and we'll see you Sunday!
