Jesus saw people.

Read any account of His ministry and you will notice it again and again. He saw the woman at the well. He saw Zacchaeus in the sycamore tree. He saw the centurion’s servant. He saw the bleeding woman in a crowd of pressing strangers. He saw the l***r that everyone else had stopped looking at.

Seeing was the first miracle. Healing came second.

When our team kneels in a Malawian village and wraps a small tape around a smaller arm: we are practising seeing. We are saying, with our actions before our words: you exist, you matter, you are not invisible to God.

A nutrition assessment is a theological act. It is the Gospel said with a measuring tape.

Every child we measure is one child fewer who slips through the gaps of a busy world. Every name we record is one name God has known forever, and we are simply catching up.

Follow along to see our works.

Malnutrition is not just about being thin.

It is one of the most devastating illnesses a child can carry and one of the most invisible. This is why we do not wait.

We measure quickly, treat early, and follow up long.

Malnutrition steals more than meals. It steals futures. And it is one of the few thieves in this world that we know how to stop.

Join us in this fight to have a Malnutrition free Malawi.

We want to use today to tell you the truth about hunger, as we see it.

Hunger is not loud. A severely malnourished child often does not cry. He is too tired. His hair loses its colour. His skin sags around his ribs. His mother has stopped asking for help because she is ashamed that she cannot feed him.

But hunger is also not hopeless.

Globally, around 45 million children under five are living with acute malnutrition today.

Tragically, we have the tools to heal nearly every single one of them like RUTF, community health workers, well-trained nurses, churches willing to open their doors. What is missing is not solutions. It is the will of people like us to act.

This World Hunger Day, will you:Give, even a small amount, to heal one child?

A child suffering from malnutrition is far more vulnerable to diseases like malaria, pneumonia and diarrhea even when medication is available. Their bodies simply don’t have the strength to fight back.

That’s why early nutrition intervention matters.

Through our weekly outreaches across Malawi, we identify malnourished children and provide life-saving RUTF treatment before it’s too late.

Your support helps give children the strength to survive and recover.

Save a child today from malnutrition

With $50, you can carry one severely malnourished child from red to green, a full six-week course of RUTF, weekly follow-ups with our field team, and a caregiver equipped with the knowledge to keep their child thriving.

With £100, you can support an entire Sports Outreach Saturday, football, preaching, prayer, and snacks for hundreds of children who might not otherwise hear the name of Jesus this year.

And with any amount at all, you become part of a quiet, faithful movement of people who believe no child in Malawi should go to bed hungry.

The link is in our bio. The need is in our villages. The outcome, God willing is a generation that knows it is fed and loved.

We get this a lot: "So RUTF is basically just peanut butter, right?"

The answer is Almost but the difference is everything.

Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) is a peanut-based paste that has been precisely formulated to treat severe acute malnutrition. It's energy-dense, nutrient-complete, and designed for a child's recovering body to absorb safely.

It contains peanut paste, milk powder, vegetable oil, sugar, and a calibrated mix of vitamins and minerals the exact things a malnourished child cannot get from food alone, in the exact ratios their body can tolerate.

Everyday we provide this paste to the children of Malawi and we see them gain their health back.

Meet little Siyala and Stella Mphatso.

Siyala and Stella were once severely malnourished, their small bodies reflecting the weight of a much bigger struggle at home. Living miles away from the nearest health facilities, in a community where food is scarce and survival depends on unpredictable harvests, their parents have been doing everything they can with very little.

Our team first met the girls when they were referred for urgent nutritional care, there situation was critical. But today, there is progress.

Siyala is gaining strength. Stella is still fragile, still underweight, but holding on and improving each day.

Through consistent follow-ups, nutritional support, and care, these children are not where they used to be. And that matters.

Their mother carries deep gratitude not just for the support received, but for the hope that came with it. Hope that her children can grow stronger. Hope that tomorrow can look different.

Healing comes in small gains and the decision to keep showing up and for Siyala and Stella, that journey has already begun.

You can be part of a child's story.Donate today and save another life.

For many families in rural Malawi getting their child to a healthcenter means travelling long distances sometimes through the night. That is why we do not wait for them to come to us.

Through our Nutrition Assessment outreaches, we bring our team, our equipment, and our care directly into the villages.

Every week, we set up at remote health centres and community points across Malawi so that no distance is a barrier to a child receiving help.

Because for a malnourished child, a delayed assessment can be the difference between recovery and crisis. We go to them. Every single week.

You probably picture a malnourished child as visibly thin. But malnutrition has many faces and some of them look surprisingly healthy.

A child can be swollen from edema (fluid retention from severe acute malnutrition) and look chubby. A child can be stunted but appear "small for their age." A child can be hiding a dangerous micronutrient deficiency behind a normal-looking body.

That's why our team never relies on the eye alone. We use the MUAC tape, a simple coloured strip wrapped around a child's upper arm.

Each colour on the tape tells us where a child's nutrition health stands. Green means well. Yellow means at risk. Red means severe acute malnutrition, and we act immediately.

A 30-second measurement can save a life. We did 3,545 of them in the last three months.

What are you doing to save a life?

Happy mother's day to all the courageous women we meet everyday during our outreaches.

These women walk long distances to bring their children to our screening posts, sit and learn how to feed RUTF by small spoonfuls three times a day even when themselves have not eaten. They sacrifice their own needs to ensure their children are healthy and happy.

To every Malawian mother in our programme. you are seen. You are honoured. You are the reason recovery is possible.

And to every mother reading this: thank you for being a picture of the same quiet, fierce love that God has for each of His children.
