Fun, Enthusiasm, Fellowship and More! Appropriately, that is SPECIFICALLY what is taking place every Friday Night at O.C. Singles and Couples for Christ! You are welcome to come and connect with us this coming Friday Night August 28th, at OCSFC; and enjoy an evening of invigorating interaction with other Single Adults and Couples! Also, bring a friend! Everyone needs refreshment and they will have a fun time!

We meet at: 15 Orangetree Irvine, CA 92618

Instead of going home after work, come early and enjoy some Great Food and Fellowship with an enticing Freshly Made Cooked Meal to start the evening, from 6:00 pm until 7:15 pm! Our menu for this Friday Night is: Chow Mein Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables, Watermelon Slices, Pudding Cups for Dessert and a Ice Cold Bottle of Water. The cost is a low $8.00.

At 7:30pm, Joel Valiente and his Worship Band are back with us to lead our singing segment of the evening.

After our singing experience, we have Guest Speaker Pastor John Blue. Pastor John is the Senior Pastor of Pacific Point Church in Costa Mesa; he will be speaking on "Walking in Step with The Holy Spirit". Pastor John brings a tough message on what areas of our lives are affected by a Genuine walk in the Spirit. Join us for this challenging message.

After our Formal Time, you are encouraged to stay for as long as you desire and enjoy various activities that are FREE for you! Such as Free Dance Lessons with Professional Instructor Barbie Foster with a Mini Dance to Follow, Karaoke with Yamo in Room 101, or just meeting new friends and hanging out in our auditorium.

After our singing experience, we have Guest Speaker Dr. Rich Rogers. Coming all the way from Flowery Branch Georgia, Dr. Rich will be speaking on "What Was I made For?". Regarding Dr. Rich; Dr. Richard Rogers serves AFPI as Vice Chair of American Values. Dr. Rich is currently on Free Chapel College's executive team, has served as the president for the last nine years, and serves on the executive team at Free Chapel church. In addition to his many roles at Free Chapel, he also served as a professor at Pepperdine University for over 20 years and has helped train over 2,000 teachers in Los Angeles schools. He is the father of four girls and was married to his wife Theresa for over 30 years before she passed in 2022 after an eight-year battle with breast cancer.

Pastor Seth is the Senior Pastor at Pacific Church of Irvine for over 40 years and he will be speaking on "We Walk by Faith Not by Sight - Faith or Failure". From Genesis Chapter 16, Faith is not just an ivory tower interest that tickles our intellect. Real faith is most strongly needed and felt when we have failed. How does God deal with us? How does He help us recover? Do we have a future? We'll look at how God dealt with the failure of Abraham, Sarah, and Hagar after their colossal failures.

After our singing experience, we have Guest Speaker Jesica Specht with us. Jesica is the Worship Director at O.C. Singles for Christ, Women's Conference Speaker, and Worship Director at Hephatha Lutheran Church. Jesica states: When we think of worship, we often think of singing praises unto the Lord in a church service. But one of our greatest acts of worship is faithfully using the unique gifts and talents God has given us to honor Him (the Gift Giver) and change lives! 1 Peter 4:10 says "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." It's time to bring your gifts out of hiding!
