At the heart of the gospel is the belief that our brokenness does not separate us from the love of God, it connects us. Taught by our Women’s Pastor, Esther Chung and our Content Pastor, Liz Powers, join us in learning how Jesus meets us in our sexual desires and leads us on our way to healing. We will learn the theology of unwanted sexual behavior, including disordered intimacy, fantasy, po*******hy, and discuss how the very experiences that attempted to convince you that you were unwanted become the source of the greatest joy of being loved. This is applicable to all women regardless of their relationship status. We will be reading the book Unwanted by Jay Stringer as a primary resource alongside the Scriptures.

We, at Mariners Women, believe that we have special opportunity in this season to equip women to thrive and flourish in every sphere of life. Whatever season you are in, whatever sphere of influence you have, God is equipping women to live their full potential for the glory of God.

You can expect genuine worship, biblical teaching on resilience by our women’s leadership pastor , an interview with a high capacity and caliber woman leader at Mariners Church, and time for interactive table discussions. We can’t wait to see you!

Every year, Mariners Women and have partnered with our Outreach Ministry to not only provide a Christmas tree for single parent moms in our community but have also prepared the gift of hospitality through coffee and donuts, crafts for kids, prayer and loading the trees for them as they sit in the comfort of their car. It will be a drive thru experience this Saturday, Dec. 3rd from 9-11a in the upper parking structure. If you are a single parent mom or know of one, we have link in our bio to register to secure a tree. Please note that registration is required.

We are looking for volunteers to help with set up, tear down, check in, serving in the coffee and donut stations, craft stations and prayer stations. If you would like to join me in serving over 200 amazing families, please sign up w the link we have in our bio by Thursday, Dec. 1 and we'll be in touch with details soon!

Yesterday, reminded us that just because the ship we thought will take us to where our purpose is has run aground, doesn’t mean God will not take us to our purpose. When He has ordained something to happen, nothing will ever stop it. How you will get to your purpose, when you’ll get there is up to Him. So, shake all your fears, shame, disappointments, what-ifs, should haves, and place your confidence in Him! 🤍
