Canvas Family Trivia Night is BACK, by popular demand! Our awesome Trivia Host, Zach Tudhope, will be writing the clues and guiding us through a night of great fun. You are welcome to sign up on your own or as team. Or, let us know if you wish to join a team and we will get that sorted for you. We will provide a few bar snacks and you’re welcome to bring bar drinks to share – we’ll have our usual sodas and water.

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of beloved brother in Christ, Emmett Raitt.

Emmett was transferred from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility almost three weeks ago so that he could receive dialysis and recover from a fall. He was receiving treatment and family was able to visit with him during this time. The transition was challenging, of course, but it seemed that his health had stabilized so his death was unexpected.

We grieve the loss of our dear friend, who held the door open in welcome for each person at Canvas with a smile and warm greeting reminding us all how dearly we are loved by God. Emmett loved us greatly, and we loved him. We give thanks that his suffering is over and that he is with the Lord.

Please keep the Raitt Family in your prayers for peace and comfort during this time. We will update you all once we have details for a service.
