✨STM joyfully welcomes Pamela Ocampo as the Director of Children’s Faith Formation!✨
Many know Pam has been involved in various capacities through over 20 years as a faithful and service-oriented parishioner of STM. She has been married 33 years with Deacon Bernie Ocampo, and has been blessed with four children (one in heaven) and a toddler grandson.
Pam has been serving in the parish as Head Sacristan and in an active leadership role within the Liturgy Committee. She was coordinator of OCIA with Fr. Eugene for three years, facilitated Baptism Prep and Marriage Prep, plus served as a Catechist for Confirmation and Children Faith Formation. Pam has been involved in Cursillo and CRHP/Welcome. She is also involved in formation and personnel boards within the
Diaconate office.
Prior to joining the STM staff, she was employed in the Diocese of Orange’s Office of Ecumenism and Inter-religion. Pam coordinated Diocese events with Bishops, Senior
Priests and Committees that promoted Christian unity and understanding among faiths. Her main professional background was in human resources, talent recruiting and project management for major global firms.
Pam’s education includes nearly 10 years of diaconate program (initial training plus ongoing formation) with her husband. She possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and attended Catholic K-12 schools.
