"Every family needs a father." Today we reflect on these beautiful words from Pope Francis and give thanks for the men who guide, protect, and love us. Wishing all the fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, father figures, and spiritual fathers in our St. John Neumann community a very blessed Father's Day! 🙏

Day 4 of Rainforest Falls VBS! Today was a truly sacred and special day in the jungle as our explorers, leaders and volunteers gathered together to celebrate Mass! 🙏

"O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever." (Psalm 136:1)

The big takeaway is that God is love. Tia the tamandua helped us look at the ultimate gift of Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection. Bringing that love straight to the altar, we reflected on Jesus the Good Shepherd and prayed for the courage to love others just like St. Catherine of Siena did. And yes we are already on Day 3!

Today, Dottie the jaguar reminded us that God is our safe place. We learned how David found shelter and safety when hiding from Saul, and we explored the powerful St. Patrick's Breastplate prayer. We're so thankful to have a God who protects us through every storm! 🙏

🌊 Better late than never! Dusting off the rainforest mist to bring you a look back at Day 2 of Rainforest Falls VBS!

Yesterday’s big takeaway was that God knows everything. Seymour the tree frog helped us explore how deeply known and loved we are! From studying the Book of Wisdom to learning about the incredible life of St. Gregory the Great, our explorers dived headfirst into another beautiful day of faith.
