June Prayer Theme: “For the Transition into the New Ministry Year”
◎As we enter the new ministry year, please pray that more supporting members and sustaining members will join in faithfully supporting JCFN on an ongoing basis.

Prayer requests from the Japan Office:
◎On Friday, June 12, Tsu-Na-Gu (Chugoku area in Japan), a returnee gathering for the younger generation, will be held. Please pray that it will be a meaningful time of fellowship and learning.
◎On Saturday, June 13, the Japan Online Prayer Meeting, V.OCHAHOP, will be held. Please pray that each participant will be able to unite their hearts in prayer.
◎On Saturday, June 13, Re-Conn Returnee Afternoon Tea (Chiba) will be held at the OMF Japan Office Building. Please pray that it will be an encouraging time of fellowship for returnees.
◎Please pray for Staff member Shiori Kisangala, who stepped down from her position on May 27, as she begins this next chapter of her journey.
◎Preparations have gradually begun for the Global Returnees Conference (GRC), which is scheduled to be held during Golden Week next year. This month, the preparation committee will be launched, and concrete preparations will begin. Please pray for the preparations for GRC27.

Prayer requests from the North America Office:
◎Today is the final day of the online Board of Directors meeting. We are deeply thankful that the meeting has been held under the Lord’s guidance. Please pray that everything discussed and every decision made will be upheld by the Lord, and that JCFN’s ministry will continue to be used for His glory in the days ahead.
◎As summer approaches, requests for follow-up for those who are temporarily or permanently returning to Japan are increasing. Please pray for their preparations to return and for follow-up after they arrive in Japan. Pray that they will be connected with returnee ministries and churches in Japan, and that those who have not yet found a church home will quickly be led to one. May their spiritual walk be protected and blessed, and may they be used as ambassadors for the Lord.
◎WIT26 (Leadership Training Camp) will be held from July 8–11. Please pray for the preparation of the staff and for the recruitment of participants. Pray that those whom the Lord desires will be able to attend and receive good training from Him as servant leaders.
◎Please pray for the process of the Tsuchida family’s green card application (their current visa is valid until May 2027). A new U.S. government policy was announced in late May, leaving many applicants in a state of uncertainty. At present, clear guidance from U.S. immigration authorities has not yet been released. It may become necessary to consider reapplying for an R visa. Please pray for progress in the situation and that they will be able to clearly confirm the necessary procedures.
◎Please pray for the deputation of the staff candidates (Yu Hoshino and Akari Hirase).
◎Please pray that God’s peace and reconciliation will be brought to a world in conflict. Pray that comfort and protection will be given to those in war-torn areas, and that the Church will be a light that demonstrates the love of Christ.

"-who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." 2 Corinthians 1:4

主の尊い御名を賛美いたします。
今週も、心を合わせてともに祈っていきましょう。

6月の祈りのテーマ：「年度替わりのために」
◎年度替わりの機会に、JCFNを継続的に支えてくださる会員や維持会員がさらに加えられるようお祈りください。

日本事務所からの祈祷課題です。
◎6月12日（金）、若い世代の帰国者集会Tsu-Na-Gu （中国地域）が持たれます。良い交わりの時、学びの時となるようお祈りください。。
◎6月13日（土）、日本オンライン祈り会V.OCHAHOP〜ぼちゃほが持たれます。参加する一人ひとりが、心を合わせ祈ることができるように。
◎6月13日（土）、Re-Conn・リターニー・アフタヌーンティー（千葉）がOMF Japan Office Buildingで持たれます。帰国者の良い交わり、励ましの時となるように。
◎5月27日をもって退任されたキサンガラ詩織主事のこれからの歩みのためにお祈りください。
◎来年のゴールデンウィークに開催予定のGlobal Returnees Conference（GRC）の準備が少しずつ始まりました。今月には実行委員会が立ち上げられ、具体的な準備に取り掛かっていきます。GRC27の準備のためにお祈りください。

北米事務所からの祈祷課題です。
◎今日がオンラインで行われる理事会の最終日です。主の導きの中、理事会がもたれたことを心から感謝します。話されたこと、決定されたことが守られますように。これからのJCFNの働きが主の栄光のためにこれからも用いられるようにお祈りください。
◎夏にかけて一時帰国、また、永久帰国していく人々のフォローアップの依頼が増えています。彼らの帰国準備、また帰国後のフォローアップのためにお祈りください。日本の帰国者受け入れとつながり、教会がまだ見つかっていない人たちに速やかに集える教会が与えられるように。彼らの霊的な歩みが守られ、祝福され、主の使節として用いられるように。
◎WIT26（リーダーシップ・トレーニングキャンプ）が7月8-11日まで開催されます。スタッフの準備のため、また、参加者のリクルートのためにお祈りください。主が願っておられる方々が参加でき、サーバントリーダーとして良い訓練を主から受けることができるように。
◎土田家のグリーンカードの申請のプロセスのために（現在のビザは2027年5月まで有効です）。米国政府の新ポリシーが5月下旬に発表され、多くの申請者が混乱の中に置かれています。現状移民局からのクリアな方向性がまだ未発表の状態です。現状Rビザの再取得も検討する必要もあり、今後の状況の進展を祈るとともに、必要なプロセスを確認することができるようお祈りください。
◎主事候補者たちのデピュテーションのために。（星野優さん、平瀬明里さん）
◎争いの中にある世界に神の平和と和解がもたらされるようお祈りください。戦争地域の人たちに、慰めと守りが与えられ、教会がキリストの愛を示す光となるようお祈りください。

「神は、どのような苦しみのときにも、私たちを慰めてくださいます。それで私たちも、自分たちが神から受ける慰めによって、あらゆる苦しみの中にある人たちを慰めることができます。」（第二コリント1:4）

ひとりひとりの祈りと合わせて、主イエス・キリストの御名によって、お祈りいたします。

June Prayer Theme: “For the Transition into the New Ministry Year”
◎June marks the end of JCFN’s ministry year. Prior to the transition into the new year, the annual Board of Directors meeting will be held online from June 10–12 (Japan time). This will be an important time for establishing a structure to welcome new staff members in the coming year and for advancing the process of incorporation. Please pray that the Lord will grant wisdom and guidance throughout these discussions.

Prayer requests from the Japan Office:
◎Please pray for Staff member Shiori Kisangala, who stepped down from her position on May 27, as she begins this next chapter of her journey.

Important matters regarding the direction of the ministry, personnel matters, and administration will be discussed. Please pray for the board members located throughout Japan, the United Kingdom, and North America, who faithfully pray for and provide leadership to the JCFN ministry.
◎As summer approaches, some people will be temporarily returning to Japan, while others will be returning permanently. Please pray for their preparations to return and for follow-up after they arrive in Japan. Pray that they will be connected with returnee ministries and churches in Japan, and that those who have not yet found a church home will quickly be led to one. May their spiritual walk be protected and blessed, and may they be used as ambassadors for the Lord.

May Prayer Theme: “For Small Groups”
◎An online small group is being held every other week in the Kansai area. Please pray for God’s blessing upon it. Also pray that small groups, both in person and online, will be started in other regions as well and used for returnee follow-up ministry.

Prayer requests from the Japan Office:
◎Re-Conn Returnee Café (Kichijoji, Tokyo) will be held on Saturday, May 30 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at Double O Cross Church (OO+). Please pray that it will be a meaningful time of fellowship for returnees.
◎Staff member Shiori Kisangala stepped down from her position effective May 27 following the end of her childcare leave. Please pray for Staff Kisangala as she begins this next chapter of her journey.
◎Preparations have gradually begun for the Global Returnees Conference (GRC), which is scheduled to be held during Golden Week next year. Next month, the preparation committee will be launched, and concrete preparations will begin. Please pray for the preparations for GRC27.

◎At the Central Conference, held under the theme “Follow Me,” about 120 participants gathered together to fully enjoy worship, the Word, and fellowship. Thank you for your prayers. Although CC is mainly held for those in the Midwest, this year there were especially many participants from Michigan and Kentucky, reminding us of the importance of Japanese-language ministry in the Midwest. Frankly speaking, as the number of people able to help with preparations has been decreasing, there were concerns about whether the conference could continue. However, the Lord gave us a united desire to hold it again in Chicago next year, and each of us is looking to Him with expectation. We are thankful that this too would be a response to following the Lord.

【祈りの勇士：今週の祈祷課題】

5月の祈りのテーマ：「スモールグループのために」
◎関西で隔週でオンラインのスモールグループが行われています。祝福のために。また他地域でもスモールグループが対面でもオンラインでも起こされ、帰国者フォローアップに用いられるようにお祈りください。

日本事務所からの祈祷課題です。
◎Re-Conn・リターニーカフェ（吉祥寺・東京）が、5月30日（土）14:30〜17:00、ダブルオークロスチャーチ（OO＋）で開かれます。帰国者の良い交わりの時となるように。
◎キサンガラ詩織主事が育休明けの5月27日をもって退任されました。これからのキサンガラ主事の歩みのためにお祈りください。

◎「Follow Me, わたしに従ってきなさい」というテーマで開催されたセントラルコンファレンスでは、120名ほどの参加者と共に、賛美、御言葉、交わりを思いっきり楽しむことができました。お祈りをありがとうございました。CCは中西部の方々を中心に開かれていますが、今年は、特にミシガンとケンタッキーの参加者が多く、中西部での日本語での働きの重要性を考えさせられました。正直、準備に関わることができる人が減ってきていることから、存続ができるかどうか不安なところがありましたが、来年もシカゴで開催しようと言う一致の思いが与えられ、それぞれ主に期待しています。これも、主に従うことの応答だと感謝しています。

May Prayer Theme: “For Small Groups”
◎Currently, there are five small groups active in the South Kanto area. Please pray that new leaders will be raised up, both in person and online, and that new small groups will be started.

Prayer requests from the Japan Office:
◎Tsu-Na-Gu (Chugoku area in Japan) will hold an online meeting on Friday the 22nd at 8:30 PM, and an in-person meeting on Saturday, May 23 at 7:00 PM. Please pray that these will be meaningful times of learning and fellowship.
◎Staff member Shiori Kisangala will be stepping down from her position effective May 27, following the end of her childcare leave. Please pray for Staff Kisangala as she begins this next chapter of her journey.

◎It’s finally this weekend! Please pray for CC26, which will be held in Chicago over Memorial Weekend (May 23–25). Currently, about 110 people have registered. Please pray that the final preparations will be protected and blessed, and for the speakers (Pastor Umagoe and Pastor Ichikawa) as they prepare. Pray that this will be a time when those attending will respond to Jesus’ call, “Follow Me.”
◎The campus ministry and Friday (an evangelistic outreach gathering for students in Southern California) have successfully concluded for this semester. Some of the students who have been exposed to the Gospel will be returning to Japan. Please pray for their salvation. Also, JXJ in Seattle will continue through the summer. Please pray that the students involved in Bible studies and personal fellowship will be given spiritual hunger and thirst.
