Hermanos,
Hemos sido informados de que nuestro hermano en Cristo, el Rev. Dr. Alberto García, fue llamado en paz a la gloria celestial ayer. Elevamos nuestras oraciones en acción de gracias a Dios por su vida y servicio, y por la gracia y el amor de Jesucristo que le han concedido paz y vida eterna. Rogamos al Señor que brinde todo consuelo y apoyo a su esposa y familia.
Entre muchas áreas de servicio bendecido, el Dr. García fue nuestro presidente de la Convención Nacional Hispana de la LCMS, desempeñándose desde 2003 hasta 2006, y permaneciendo activo desde entonces.

Brothers and Sisters,
We have been informed that our brother in Christ, Rev. Dr. Alberto Garcia, was called peacefully to heavenly glory yesterday. Our prayers are lifted in thanksgiving to God for His life and service and for the grace and love of Jesus Christ that has brought him peace and eternal life.
We pray the Lord bring every consolation and support to his wife and family. Among many areas of blessed service, Dr. Garcia was president of the National Hispanic Convention LCMS, serving from 2003-2006, and active ever since.
