Halfway through our last quarter of the school year 🤯

MONDAY: Action Groups! Only a few more regular weeks of Bible study this year, so don’t miss out!

TUESDAY: We’re continuing our new series about Walking with Jesus in our Careers - come hear from worship leader & creative producer Jordie Poblete! Also check for another fun reason to come out 👀

THURSDAY: our LAST evangelism of this school year! Take advantage of this opportunity to practice sharing your faith, and spread the gospel to UCI students!

SATURDAY: let’s spread God’s love by serving disadvantaged communities together at PEACE Farm! RSVP at the link in our bio.

SUNDAY: Our intramural basketball team is playing at 9:30pm at the ARC! Come out to cheer them on!

TONIGHT: 7pm Weekly Meeting! College Pastor Tiffany Lyons from Mariners will be speaking about fasting to continue our Spiritual Disciplines series! Join us in BioSci 3 for community, worship, & discussion! 🫂

FRIDAY: Join us at 6pm for an intentional time of prayer in community, and to learn more about the importance of prayer! DM us for the exact Dartmouth Ct. apartment address. 🙏

SUNDAY: Our co-Ed intramural basketball team has their first game this week! They’ll be playing at the ARC at 8:30 - come cheer them on!! ⛹️‍♂️

RIDES TO CHURCH: Please note that Rock Harbor Church changed their service time, so we’ll now be offering rides to their Sunday 11:15am service! Mariners is still at 11:30 on Sundays and 7pm on Thursdays (young adults service). Reach out for a ride! ⛪️

Shoutout to our takeover week teams that did such an amazing job with last week’s events & media! Here’s our Week 3 happenings:

TONIGHT: regular Action Groups (Bible Studies!) 📖Underclassmen @ the Student Center food court, upperclassmen DM for apartment address. NEXT MONDAY we’ll be having Girls & Guys Nights in place of action groups!

TUESDAY: you know the drill!! Weekly Meeting at 7pm in BioSci 3😎 don’t miss Cru OC staff containing our series with the spiritual discipline of worship!

FRIDAY: 🎶take me out to the ballgame…🎶 we’re spending our Friday night under the lights at Anteater Stadium! Come hang & see our team play Hawaii at 6pm 🏟️ UCI students get in for free & there’s a clear bag policy! Bring towels/blankets to sit on & wear UCI gear! ⚾️

SUNDAY: this Sunday is Easter! He is risen indeed! We’d love for you to join us at church - reach out for a ride! (This week’s service times might be different than normal)

Takeover Week!! Hope everyone had a strong start to their spring quarter! This week, Cru members have the opportunity to take over leadership team roles and work behind the scenes in the different areas that make up Cru. 🫡

My name is Leah Kataoka. I am a first-year Language Sciences major, and my favorite memory from Cru this year was Phileo Night!
My name is Abby Petersen, and I am a first-year Business Economics major. My favorite Cru memory is the Sunset Worship at Turtle Rock in winter quarter!
We are your Takeover Week Media and Communications team. We are so excited to serve you all this week and learn more about the Cru leadership process!

MONDAY: Action Groups! Come study the scriptures with us at 7:00pm. Underclassmen meet at the Student Center and Upperclassmen at the UTC Oxford Apt.

TUESDAY: Weekly Meeting at 7:00pm!! Join us in BioSci 3 1200 for a message, worship, & fellowship 👥 We have a special message from guest Pastor Sam from Jericho Road Church!

THURSDAY: On-campus Evangelism! Let’s share our faith with our students, a great way to also demonstrate God’s love to others! We’ll be at the student center @ 1pm.

SATURDAY: Game Night! Bring your favorite board game AND your competitive spirit!!

SUNDAY: Reach out to Cali or Joesph for a ride to church on Sunday or Thursday!🙌🏼

Spring Quarter is underway! Mark your calendar for all of the Cru events we have coming up 📆

If you’re curious or brand new to Cru, we highly encourage you to come out to any event! We would absolutely love to meet you & can’t wait to start getting to know you. There’s no right or wrong time to start coming! You are welcome here :)

This quarter we have 4️⃣ reoccurring weekly events:
- Mondays: Action Groups (7pm)
- Tuesdays: Weekly Meeting (7pm, BioSci 3 1200)
- Sundays: Intramural Basketball (ARC courts)
- Sundays/Thursdays: Church (Rock Harbor/Mariners)

We also have a wide variety of fun social events, serve events, on-campus evangelism, & prayer meetings!
