UPDATE ON CHUCK:

The doctor just came in and talked to us. He said everything went good, and he even did some things to help with his AFib. He said he will still be on the vent for a couple of more hours, so he won’t be awake just yet. We are able to see him now. Per protocol, he will be in the ICU, for at least a day, and then, if all goes well, he should be moved to a regular room for 2-3 days before he’s released to go home.

They just called, and his surgery is complete. He will be in recovery for 45 minutes to an hour, and then the doctor will come talk to us before we can go back to see him.

Please keep my dad in your thoughts and prayers, as he is currently undergoing triple bypass open heart surgery. It’s going to be about a 6 hour surgery, but they are going to update us every hour. We just got our first update about 15 minutes ago saying that they had started the procedure. I will continue to update as we are given more information. Thanks in advance for all the thoughts and prayers!!! ❤️🙏🏻❤️
