Throwback to many eras of camp that have deeply impacted lives! This summer we are celebrating 100 years!

Though styles have changed over Covenant Point’s 100 years, camp has been and continues to be a place of deep discipleship, stillness & silliness, excellent care, wilderness & adventure, and space to lead. We hope you have plans to join us this summer!

Elsa Voss, Counselor
Hi, my name is Elsa and I’m from Chicago! I’m currently a sophomore at UW Madison studying Economics and Information Science. I was a camper for many years and have worked on crew and as a lifeguard in the past. I’m super excited to be back at camp counseling this summer and can’t wait to see everyone there!

Maeve Johnson, Counselor
Hi! My name is Maeve and I’m from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I’m currently finishing up my freshman year at St. Olaf college studying political science. In my free time I really enjoy reading, thrifting/altering clothes, and baking. I’ve been coming to camp since second grade and I’m super excited to counsel for my second time this summer. I’m most excited to spend a ton of time outside and with the campers!

Hi! I’m Ben Wittemann from Hinsdale, Illinois. I just finished my second year studying engineering at CU Boulder. I have been coming up to camp since a little kid. Last summer was my first as a counselor, and I’m stoked to be back on staff for the big 100th anniversary! In my free time, you’ll usually find me skiing, making music, or spending time outdoors in God's creation! Can’t wait to see all the familiar faces and meet everyone new!

May 15, 2026: Rockin' Robins #3

Our third and final Rockin' Robins program of the year was a blast! We started with dirt cups as our snack, then practiced our song "The Farmer Plants a Seed." Our rotations included a signs of spring discovery walk, accordion book documenting of our seed/bean growth comparison, and our final trip to the vernal pool tank to observe our growing wood frog tadpoles, developing salamander eggs, mostly gone (developed into adults) mosquito larvae, and more. Plus this week we got to see some toads! We ended our program with a presentation for some of the Rockin' Robins parents of our "Farmer plants a seed" song complete with props and motions. Thankful for all of our big buddies who help the program happen and little buddies for being eager to learn! Can't wait for next year!

Stella Augustson, Counselor
My name is Stella Augustson and I am from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. I worked in the kitchen for the past 2 full summers, but I am now excited to be counseling this summer! Currently I’m studying political science and public policy at North Park in Chicago!

Grayson Trinter, Counselor
Hi! My name is Grayson Trinter. I am from Chicago but currently go to school at the University of Iowa where I am double majoring in secondary education and history with a minor in psych. This will be my 3rd year in a row working at camp and my 2nd as a counselor. One thing I am especially excited for is being able to see campers that I was able to build relationships with last summer.

Otto Gotberg, Counselor
Hi, my name is Otto Gotberg and I’m from Granby, Connecticut. I currently go to school in Minnesota at St. Olaf College. I have been going to camp since I was little and have looked forward to returning every year. I am super excited to counsel for my second time and to help make camp the awesome place that it is.
