Congratulations to these newly confirmed youth of the Pastorate of the Visitation, who were confirmed yesterday at St. Augustine’s in Bowdle.

Please take a moment to pray for them -

“Heavenly Father, give these newly confirmed the courage to follow You wholeheartedly. Let the Holy Spirit fill them with the bravery to live their faith boldly and without fear, through Christ Our Lord. Amen.”

Lumen Christi week is officially over and we’re already looking forward to next year! 🔥

The Lumen Christi missionaries set ablaze the youth of our pastorate. We saw so many encounter Christ and learn about their call to be a Lifelong Catholic Missionary Disciple through God’s love this past week. 🔥

We had nearly 40 kids in our day program and another 20 in our evening program. Thank you to each and every person who volunteered their home, a meal, snacks or monetary donation to make this week such a huge success. 🔥

Each session is spent in class or small group, the students watch skits, hear testimony and talks, were able to go to confession and sit in adoration and play games geared at fellowship and relationship. 🔥

Our day program ended the week with a water fight and our evening program had a bonfire. 🔥

Most of our pictures are from the fun silly moments. But I want to thank every parent who sent their kids to Lumen Christi. These kids are on fire for Christ. They were kind to others, respectful and eager to grow in Christ! What a joy to be part of this community! 🔥
