Today we celebrated 11 baptisms, each one a powerful testimony of lives made new in Christ. Even more incredible, we watched an entire family step into the waters together, professing faith in Jesus and following Him in obedience. This is what the gospel does. This is why we pray, invite, serve, and share.

Scripture reminds us, “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). And today, we saw that new life on full display.

Church family, let’s keep cheering, discipling, and walking alongside these brothers and sisters as they begin this new journey of faith. God is at work & we are grateful to witness it together. ✝️✨

Rooted. Full. Alive. 🌱✝️

Pastor Darrell walked us through Colossians 2:2–14, reminding us that faith isn’t a buffet where we pick what fits our preferences. The church at Colossae was tempted by cultural influences and counterfeit wisdom and so are we.

Christ alone is the foundation. Not our family, career, or achievements (good as they are). Not legalism that says do more. Not emotionalism that says feel more. In Jesus, the FULLNESS of God DWELLS and through the cross, our guilt is canceled, performance is crushed, and dead hearts are made alive.

Don’t live at 1% when Jesus paid for abundant life.

Stay rooted in Christ. Live from His fullness.

Today we celebrate 5 years since Pastor Darrell was affirmed as our Lead Pastor 🎉

We are deeply grateful for the God-given vision he stepped into, calling our church to belong, grow, and go. Over these past five years, we’ve seen lives changed and faith strengthened.

Scripture reminds us, “The elders who lead well are to be considered worthy of double honor” (1 Timothy 5:17). We are thankful for Pastor Darrell’s faithful leadership, shepherd’s heart, and steady commitment to pointing us to Jesus.

As we look ahead, we’re expectant and excited for all God has in store-for the next 5+ years and beyond. The best is yet to come. 🙌

This coming week, practice daily dependence on God.
Begin each morning with a simple prayer, acknowledging your need for Him today. Ask for today’s grace, and trust Him with tomorrow.

Instead of striving to control everything, consider protecting a weekly Sabbath as an act of faith-a declaration that God is faithful even when we stop working.

✨ 2025 | A Year to Remember ✨

From January to December, God has been faithful in every season. Each month tells a story of lives changed, seeds planted, and our church stepping boldly into what the Lord is doing among us.

📊 By the numbers: His work, His glory:
• 53 baptisms 🙌
• 339 VBS attendees discovering Jesus
• 97 NextGen campers growing in faith
• 61 Service Saturday participants serving our community
• 3 GO Trips sharing the Gospel beyond our walls

We’ve seen incredible generosity, faithful obedience, and big steps forward through our FORWARD campaign-including exciting progress toward campus expansion that will impact generations to come.

As we turn the page to a new year, we do so with grateful hearts and expectant faith, trusting God to continue leading every step.

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” -Proverbs 16:3
