Citrus High School’s Homecoming Parade has a new route this year and it’s coming right by Cornerstone!

Parking will be available on our campus. Bring your lawn chairs, find a spot along the route, and help us show these students just how much we support them!

Be sure to check out the new parade route in the shared post below. We’ll see you there! 🖤💛

Due to concerns about shutting down roads to the hospital. We have changed the parade route. The parade will still begin at 5:00 PM and we are looking for it to be a big success as we enter our homecoming game and dance the next day. Everyone is welcome to line the streets and cheer on our students. Schedule of events 9/17 Parade @ 5:00 PM, new parade route to allow roads to the hospital to not be shut down
9/17 Pep Rally immediately following the parade, crowning of the King in the gymnasium
9/17 Storm Surge after the Pep Rally
9/18 Homecoming game @ 7:00 PM against Interlachen
9/18 Homecoming dance 9 PM- 12 PM

There’s something special about God’s people coming together, using their hands, their gifts, and their time for something bigger than themselves.

This week, that looked like putting in the work on the next phase of our Genesis Building!

Together, we can accomplish so much for His Kingdom and His glory. 🙌

Just like the Ethiopian official in Acts 8, they heard the Good News, believed, and didn’t wait. Today, 16 people publicly declared that Jesus has changed their lives through baptism. What a joy to celebrate God’s faithfulness! 💙

Our hope is not resting on us; it is resting on Jesus.
His sacrifice was complete, final, and enough. Because He remains forever, our salvation is secure and our hope never expires.
“He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him.” Hebrews 7:25
Join us for worship this Sunday at 9:15 or 10:45 AM.

What a day! 🚗🏆

Our Father’s Day Cruise-In was an incredible time of fellowship, family fun, and some amazing vehicles. To all the dads and father figures, we appreciate you more than words can say. Thanks for leading, loving, serving, and pointing the next generation in the right direction. You’re truly “wheel-y” awesome!

Also, a huge thank you to all the car clubs and owners who brought their rides and helped make this event such a success ✨
