LIFE IN EXTREMES:
in an effort to stop "fat-shaming" we have created an atmosphere of deadly obesity.
in an effort to stop "gay-shaming" we have created an atmosphere of gender identity crises.
in an effort to stop "over-achiever syndrome" we have created an atmosphere of lazy goalless sloppy living.
in an effort to stop "focusing on sin" we have created an atmosphere of lawlessness.
in an effort to "live and let live" we have created an atmosphere of disassociated isolation, loneliness, and depression.

The Bible says to be "well-balanced" because the enemy is lurking looking for someone to devour (I Peter 5:8). He often pounces on those living in the outer edges of extremes. There is a way to live within the bounds of what is good and there is a way to challenge people to come up higher (Gal 6:1) without resorting to hateful extremes. Letting someone go completely is as unloving as controlling them. We must learn again how to be a society that holds each other accountable IN LOVE in order that self-depravity stops being the norm.

Observation: Most people who argue the Bible have limited knowledge of what it even really says. They have formed an opinion based on once heard sermons that reverberate in their minds or based on a limited view of what they perceive Jesus to be. They argue from second hand knowledge that came through a preacher’s lips instead of through personal revelation of a growing relationship with Jesus and time spent in His word. Before arguing Bible, try knowing it. Most arguments will cease with that act alone.
