Breakfast of Champions
Thanks to everyone that purchased bibles for the first year Chapman Football players. These are Life Application Bibles with notes to help young Bible readers. This evening, 35 bibles were placed in the hands of student athletes and they were told how important the Bible is for them as they face life’s battles and victories.
In seventeen seasons more than 500 bibles have been given away for the glory of God.

Thanks to everyone that came to the
Patrick’s Pizza Party! We had a wonderful time celebrating God’s faithfulness to bring Pastor Alan here. Pray for the Patricks as they continue to transition to our area.

These ladies had a wonderful experience at the women’s retreat this weekend. They were encouraged and blessed by the worship and speakers. The time together also helped their relationships grow stronger and with God.

Dinner of Champions
We hosted the pre-game meal for the Chapman Football Team this afternoon.
Dr. Matthew Burris brought the message on “What Kind of Legacy Will You Leave?”
Character counts more than championships. After citing famous athletes hall of fame records, no one could name the athlete until it was mentioned how the athlete had broken a law. Living for Christ is what matters most and will last for eternity.
Our church exists to help students have an experience with the Living God. We are thankful for this opportunity to pour into these young athletes.
