How many times do we spend years resisting what God is trying to teach us, only to realize later that His way was always best?

Nebuchadnezzar lost years chasing his own pride before finally looking to heaven and recognizing God’s rule. This is a reminder that surrendering to God isn’t losing control—it’s finding peace, courage, and purpose in His plan.

I am borrowing and paraphrasing from Thursday nights Gather & Grow. Please join us every 3rd Thursday of the month at 7 pm.

The women's ministry verse of the year is Psalm 51:10 and we have challenged every women to memorize it. But what is steadfast and what does that word mean for me today? This is what I borrowed, paraphrased and added to.

Ask yourself and substitute the following words for the question is my faith steadfast?

What’s costlier: surrendering to God… or resisting Him?
So often we fear what giving God full control might require, but holding on to our own way can cost us peace, growth, and the life He’s calling us to.

The beautiful part is that God’s grace is always waiting when we choose to trust Him. 💛
