"Again, truly I tell you, if two of you agree on earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them." 📖 Matthew 18:19-20

Jesus noted that heaven is enacted in the midst of community. When we connect with one another for mutual support, care, and accountability, we encounter a bit of God's desired connect for all people. We uplift one another.

Welcome Pastor Jane!!!

Welcoming new pastors to Northern Illinois!

Earlier this week, pastors who are new to ministry and those beginning their ministry in Northern Illinois gathered for New Pastor Orientation. The day offered an opportunity to connect with colleagues, learn more about the conference and, receive practical training for the journey ahead.

We’re grateful for these pastors and the gifts they bring to our churches and communities. Please join us in welcoming them and praying for them as they begin this new season of ministry.

Our church will be celebrating 125 years of service in our community on Saturday, October 24th at 4pm, here at the church - Potluck, bonfire, joy! Please mark your calendars now!

Our annual Charge Conference will be on Sunday, November 15th, with the SPRC meeting at 8:30am, and the conference after our church service (

AAHAA (The Antioch Area Healthcare Accessibility Alliance) is needing volunteer drivers to help people get to medical appointments. Please see the attached information - and know that your help us important, and greatly appreciated.

Updated information on the Grant Township Food Pantry donation needs, take a look at the attachment for any information about what they are currently needing. Monetary contributions are also welcome!

JARS will be open: Wednesdays from 10am - 7pm, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am - 3pm. Please keep the JARS mission of helping our neighbors in mind! And special thanks to Martha Vincent for her amazing dedication, and to all of the volunteers!
