Whether you want to shoot around, jump into a pickup game, or just come spend some time with the community, everyone is welcome and all skill levels are encouraged. Bring a friend, bring the family, and come ready to have a good time!
There is no cost to participate and no registration needed. Youth are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Ladies of our community, you are invited to join us for a special morning of Coffee and Christ Women’s Fellowship! ☕🤍

And we have an extra treat to share! The men of the church have invited us to breakfast at 8:00 AM on Saturday, September 12, in the church kitchen before our fellowship begins. They want to treat the ladies to breakfast, so come hungry and let them spoil us a little before we gather together! 💚

Following breakfast, we’ll enjoy a time of fellowship, encouragement, and growing together in Christ as we welcome special speaker Linda Webb.

Sometimes the hardest part of faith is not asking God to take our worries—it is resisting the urge to pick them back up.

We can pray, surrender a situation to Him, and then moments later begin replaying it in our minds, trying to control the outcome, or worrying about what comes next. But true surrender requires trust. It means believing that God can carry what we were never meant to carry on our own.

Abraham was willing to place Isaac on the altar, trusting God even when he could not see how everything would work out. And God provided.

The same is true for us. We may not always understand the plan, and we may not always feel comfortable with the process, but we can trust the One who does.

God will provide. Our part is to trust Him enough to leave what we have surrendered in His hands.

Do we really know Jesus—and has knowing Him changed our hearts?

Tonight’s message was about growing pains—the uncomfortable parts of spiritual growth that show us God is still working in us.

As we grow closer to God, our hearts begin to change. We start caring more deeply about people, things we once tolerated may not sit right with us anymore, and sometimes God places us in uncomfortable situations because He is stretching us.

Growth can look like restless nights, conviction, changing priorities, letting go of things that have become too important, or realizing that something about us needs to be permanently different. Those “stretch marks” are evidence that growth is happening.

One thought that really stood out to me was: Anything that sits between you and God can become an idol. What carries the most weight in your life?

Growing isn’t always comfortable, but it leaves a mark.

“Growth will leave a mark on your life.”

So the question tonight is: Do you have growing pains? ❤️
