We want YOU to be a Huddle Leader!!
What’s a Huddle Leader?
Huddle Leaders are young adults (16–24) who guide a small group of campers through a week of fun, faith, and community. You’ll help lead daily small-group bible discussion time, join campers in worship, cheer them on during games, and encourage them in their relationship with Jesus.
This is a volunteer leadership role. Your camp week and training weekend are provided at no cost.
What Huddle Leaders Do
Lead a small group (8–10 campers) each day
Help with worship, Bible reflection, and devotions
Participate and encourage campers in games and activities
Build relationships, create a safe space, and model Christ-centered living
Work with the staff team to support campers throughout the week
What We’re Looking For
Young Adults Ages 16–24
Strong relationship with Jesus
Involved in a Christian community and supportive of the United Methodist Church's theology
