It’s been a busy time but that’s no excuse for forgetting to report on the annual Wonder Woman Tea on Sunday, March 29, 2026. It was a fabulous event put on by Trinity Ana Circle PW. Wonder Woman made her annual visit and our wonderfully inspiring speaker was Jovanka Westbrook. Thanks to all who attended! And thanks to the Ana Circle ladies who worked so hard. Proceeds go to our mission in El Salvador.

A statement from the PC(USA) General Assembly concerning the war with Iran:

We are deeply troubled by the expanding military assault on Iran and the widening regional war it now threatens to become. As Christians shaped by the reconciling love of Jesus Christ, we grieve every life lost and every family now living in terror. Decisions of war and peace are measured not in pol...

Trinity is JUMPIN’ on Wednesdays! It’s not even 10:30: The Indianola Preschool daycare class has been here for hours, we’ve already hosted a meeting with the City of Indianola and WeLIFT, we FINALLY received a bazillion pounds of Don Justo coffee (pictured with Don Justo ministry coordinator Renee Little, trusty sherpa Denise Core, and cheerful delivery guy Erik)!

SWAT begins tonight at 5:00 with dinner hosted by MacDonald Group, followed by music ensemble rehearsals, Hospitality and Worship ministry team meetings, and Christian education classes for K-12. Come one, come all, and enjoy church at its best!

Proud, proud, proud, and grateful for our Christian elementary education team teaching the students about Trinity’s part in the Indianola Open Table ministry! Through Open Table (a multi-church program to combat hunger and social isolation), Trinity volunteers feed over 250 people every second Tuesday of the month. Today, led by our Open Table coordinator and CE teacher, Rebecca Swainey, the kids, teachers, and parents prepared breakfast casseroles for Trinity’s next Open Table shift. God bless all of them for their care for our community and good work together!
