🔹This month, The Women At The Well took it to the streets!! This was such a fun, and joy filled, day!

🔹 It doesn’t always have to look how you think it’s supposed to look. In fact, God will often change up the script, and force you out of your comfort zone and to trust that he will make away!

🔹 Our mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus. And with the help of God, and everyone’s donations and prayers, we are accomplishing that mission!

~Today was a great success!!!♥️ Thank you, Jesus, for providing so many donations and leading us to the need!

~Today, we gave away MANY hygiene bags, coats, hats/gloves, sandwiches, and snacks.. and we were blessed to pray over several people!

🔺DONATIONS NEEDED🔺

Below ⬇️ is a list of things we always need! This list includes, but is not limited to:

▪️Coats/ Hats/ Gloves
▪️Blankets
▪️Shoes/ Socks
▪️Clothing (men’s & women’s)

▪️Toiletries (all are welcome but we DO add toiletries to the care bags, so mini’s would be best)
~toiletries include but are not limited to:
🔸 body wipes
🔸 toothbrush/ toothpaste/ mouthwash
🔸 hand lotion
🔸 chapstick
🔸Deodorant (men’s & women’s)
🔸Feminine Hygiene Products
Etc.

▪️Any non-perishable food items to help us add to the care bags:
🔸 cups of noodles
🔸 granola bars/ fruit bars
🔸 snack packs
🔸 fruit cups
🔸 bottled water
🔸 hot chocolate
🔸 snack size packs of cookies
Etc.

▪️DRINKS (preferably in jugs/plastic gallons) for when we feed people.
🔸Iced Tea
🔸Lemonade
🔸Fruit Juice
Etc.

Things WE (as the “workers” need)

▪️Laundry supplies
▪️Extra storage totes
▪️All paper/plastic products (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery)
▪️Food gloves
▪️Sterno’s for keeping food hot
▪️Trash Bags

✨Unfortunately, a few of our fellow members couldn’t be here today, but we are so grateful for the volunteers who came to support and all the extra hands, and of course, all the donations!!!!

✨Please keep the donations coming, as we will be serving the Homeless once a month, and will continue to need supplies.🙏🏽 ♥️

Lord, never ever let this be us!!!!

✨We are called to be in RELATIONSHIP with the Lord Jesus Christ… not to simply be “used” by Him!

✨We can do all the “work” we want for the Lord and still not be in relationship with Him.

🔹Matthew 7:21-23
Not everyone who says “Lord Lord” will enter the kingdom of heaven. Only those who do the will of my father….

✨The Bible says that many will seek to enter, claiming that they have done works in his name, they have cast out demons…laid hands on the sick. And the Lord will say to them “Depart from me, you workers of iniquity! For, I never knew you”!

✨ You see, works follow relationship. Not the other way around. It is through having a relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ, our father in heaven, that ultimately brings salvation. We can do a lot of work in vain. It is the relationship with our father, that ultimately grants us access to the kingdom!

✨So let us not be used like the enemy uses!! Let us not be used like a cheap, throw away, paper plate!!🍽️
Instead, let us always remain in close relationship with our father, the Lord Jesus Christ! The author of life, the one who knows the number every single hair on our head! Let us work in conjunction with the Holy Spirit to do the will of the father. The purpose of every human is to fulfill the great commission. And that word, if you break it down, is CO-mission! Meaning, the mission that you and the Holy Spirit fulfill together!♥️🙏🏽

You are not your situation!!! If not for some of our worst moments, and how God showed up for us, most of us wouldn’t be where we are!🙏🏽

Jesus died so EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US could live! Not the righteous…. THE SINNER!♥️ Call His name.. I promise he will show up!

✨The Women At The Well would like to OFFICIALLY introduce our newest member of the team, Miss Marilyn!!!!

✨On our very 1st day downtown, Marilyn came out of her apartment and immediately said “I want to help”! All day she ran to her apartment to grab things we needed, talked to all the people in the neighborhood that she knew and led them to us, and we found out that she had been praying for an opportunity to serve… and by Gods grace to US, we landed right on her doorstep… and she on ours!

✨We are so blessed to know you, Marilyn! And we’re so excited for this journey that God is leading us on!♥️🙏🏽

✨We got to feed a lot of people today, pray over people, give out care bags, and all kinds of other blankets and clothing!
