At Life Church One Eighty, we don't "volunteer" to do anything.

…Excuse me? What do you mean by that? I see people volunteering all the time!

Okay, let us explain.

We believe children of God do not simply "volunteer" to serve the Lord or one another. Instead, we joyfully jump at every opportunity to SERVE our Savior wherever He opens the door!

We serve in our homes.
We serve at work and school.
We serve our communities.
And yes — we serve in our home church.

At LC180, serving is not just filling a spot or completing a task. It is an act of worship, love, humility, and obedience to Jesus.

We are so thankful for those who faithfully SERVE on ministry teams each week, and we also love seeing people step up to SERVE during special events and outreaches — like our upcoming: Wait on God – Emerging Generation Conference on June 12–14, 2026 (nightly | 7:00–8:30 PM).

This conference, led by some of our Young Adults, will offer many opportunities to SERVE, and we cannot wait to see who joyfully serves alongside us! You can sign up on this post, at the Guest Connect Desk, or in person by speaking with Daniel Chiza, Eva Jones, Dorcas Banga, Antonio Mugisho, or Jean Louis Banza.

Let's serve together as we help create an atmosphere where people can encounter God's presence and discover "A Whole New Direction."

WAIT ON GOD — Emerging Generation Conference
June 12–14, 2026 || 7:00–8:30 PM Nightly

You’re invited to three powerful nights focused on the presence of God. This conference is open to everyone — teens, young adults, adults, families, churches, friend groups, and anyone hungry for more of God. You do not have to attend Life Church One Eighty to come. Everyone is welcome.

In a world full of noise, pressure, distraction, and uncertainty, God is calling this generation to seek Him, hear His voice, and learn what it truly means to wait on the Lord.
