This past Sunday, Casey kicked off a new sermon series called Origin Story, where we’re exploring the first 11 chapters of Genesis.
In the sermon, we were reminded that God is sovereign over disorder — sovereign over darkness - sovereign over emptiness... things we all struggle with at times.

This Sunday, Casey will be kicking off a new sermon series entitled "Origin Story."
All summer long, we are going to be exploring our Origin Story. Our theme for the year is Christoformity: being shaped like Jesus in identity, practice, and mission. The first 11 chapters of Genesis give us our origin story. They tell us about our identity. They tell us who we are. And all that is important! But they tell us more than that: they also tell us whose we are, and they even hint at what we will become. Join us each week this summer as we explore the origin story of the human race, and allow God to shape who we are becoming.

Praise the Lord for a wonderful Block Party!

Thank to all who attended and volunteered for the Block Party yesterday!
What a wonderful turn out and it was such a blessing to meet new friends from our community. We thank God for all He has done and for giving us such a beautiful evening. Pictures from the event will be posted soon.
