“For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit.” - 1 Peter 3:18 ESV

Let us reflect on this holy occasion of Good Friday and be still with the depth of God’s love through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. But this day of reverence is also a day of hope; as we contemplate Christ’s suffering and are reminded of the cost of redemption, we are also reminded of the power of forgiveness.

In the quiet solemnity of this sacred day, may we reflect on His sacrifice and give thanks for His incredible gift of salvation.
