Derick Constable can have visitors at home, he is awake more, Thank God, 🙏. Still at a 6-7 on pain, so please pray with me. It is so hard to see your child like this, especially one that never gave you any problems and be dealt this card, stinks, but I know he will preserver . I just pray you all will pray for him with me to strengthen him and he will no longer question this surgery or God. I miss my church dearly (as it closed), and call upon my Salvage Yard, brothers and sisters to lift him up and pray for healing. 🙏🙏🙏 love you all who have stopped by and helped! It means more than ull ever know! ~ Amen!

Family,

Sunday May 1st, 2016 House of Restoration acquired full control of the Salvage Yard Inc. Pastor Ulises is now the lead Pastor and officer of our Incorporation! This is exciting news for everyone! This means that the mission and vision of the Salvage Yard is now in full throttle! Remember our vision is “to build an engaged, diverse gathering of people who are 100% sold out to Christ and His great commission”. The blending of our vision with the man power and heart of the House of Restoration is a perfect fit for Kingdom work!

I want to encourage you to pray about joining the House of Restoration on Sunday’s at 12 noon. For now, this will be the only Sunday service ran out of the House of Restoration (formerly the Salvage Yard Church). Teresa Troke is joining the leadership of House of Restoration as they combine our accounts and I will be staying on to support Pastor Ulises in the transition in our community.

I would also like to thank all of our leaders for their support and heart during the past years. This has been an amazing journey of faith for us all! All of our outreaches and ministries will now fall under the House of Restoration or the Dream Center Indy.
Join the movement and watch the Kingdom grow! You will receive more updated from Pastor Ulises or myself!

Sincerely,

Mike Woods

"Pray without ceasing" 1Thess 5:17

We think rightly or wrongly about prayer according to the conception we have in our minds of prayer. If we think prayer as the breath in our lungs and the blood from our hearts we think rightly. The blood flows ceaselessly and breathing continues ceaselessly; we are not conscious of it but it is always going on. We are not always conscious of Jesus keeping us in perfect joint with God, but if we are obeying Him, he always is. Prayer is not an exercise, it is the life. Beware of anything that stops continuous prayer. "Pray without ceasing" keep the childlike habit of continuous prayer in your heart to God all the time.

Jesus never mentioned unanswered prayer, He had the boundless certainty that prayer is always answered. Have we by the Spirit the unspeakable certainty that Jesus had about prayer, or do we think of the times when God does not seem to have answered prayer? "Everyone that asketh receiveth." We say- "but ...but ...." God answers prayer in the best way, not sometimes, but every time, although the immediate manifestation of the answer in the domain and which we want it may not always follow. Do we expect God to answer prayer?

The danger with us is that we want to water down the things that Jesus says and make them mean something in accordance with common sense; if it were only common sense it was not worthwhile for him to say it. The things Jesus says about prayer or supernatural revelations.
