For I know the plans I have for you, “ declares the Lord, “plans to prosper and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. “
Jeremiah 29:11
Shepherd’s Pathway is a faith-based Christian organization that has a unique program. We transform the lives of men, women and children who are fighting addictions, those who a
re broken and/or homeless. Our non-profit mission provides care to all people regardless of race, gender, or ethnic background. We are committed to relieving the hunger, homelessness or hopelessness of all who seek refuge at our door. Our ministry provides shelter, meals, clothing, social service referrals and various other services to all within a Christian environment. We also offer spiritual and emotional wholeness, social wellness, vocational training, life skills training and a structured environment centered on mainstreaming individuals back into society as positive, productive citizens. Shepherd’s Pathway is a self-examination ministry where we learn to deal with our issues, except responsibility and be honest with ourselves. Everything we do is designed to develop structure, stability, build character and renew one’s mind. Our ministry operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet the complete scope of needs to those we serve. Our phones ring daily with a broken human being on the other end of the line looking for a way out of their circumstances. We serve more than 1,000 meals weekly to hungry men, women and children. Each year, we distribute thousands of clothing items, toiletries, sundries, etc. Our program is not funded by government funds or grants. Our program is funded by its founders, Pastors Mike and Rhonda Langston and others committed to this Christian endeavor. Our non-profit organization is here offering a hand-up and not just a hand-out. Our staff works to help people find new beginnings, restore dignity to broken lives, and provide hope. Our goal is to break the grip of addiction, provide vocational training, and return men, women and children as productive members of society through the teaching of God’s word.
