“Better Off Dead,” is a documentary on assisted su***de authored by actor and disability rights activist Liz Carr. In it she explores the dangers assisted su***de poses to disabled individuals.
Following the film there will be a panel discussion with Fr. Jeff Dufresne, Pastor of
St. Philip Neri; Alex Mingus, Executive Director of the Indiana Catholic Conference and Bailey Harkins, President of the Recreation Therapist of Indiana.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the film starting at 6:30pm followed by a panel discussion. Pizza provided by South of Chicago.
