Indianapolis Green Congregations is hosting an event Tuesday March 15th from 7-9p.m. at Epworth United Methodist Church 6450 Allisonville Road here in Indianapolis. The goal of the program is to present a 12 month action plan for reducing energy use. It appears to be a simple to follow program. Register at www.ikecoalition.org/Events

Did you know that last season Indy Parks pools leaked 35 million gallons of water? According to the Mayor's press release, the city has done extensive repairs to the pools in time for this summer's use. The Indy Park system operates 15 aquatic centers within the Indianapolis market. Renovations cost $6.5 million to complete. Sounds like a win/win for all concerned!
