Our customer service representative will be responsible for acquiring new customers and brand awareness. We perform sales, customer service and customer loyalty for our clients' customers in a relationship-based approach.

CSR representative would be responsible, but not limited to:

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROGRAM?
People receiving the following benefits qualify:
• SNAP (food stamps)
• Medicaid
• Supplement Security Income (SSI)
• Federal Public Housing Program SECTION 8
• Veteran/Survivor Benefit Recipients
• At or below 135% Federal Poverty Guidelines

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Agents receive a commission per applicant that qualifies for the free phone.
• Pay is weekly with bonuses being provided and opportunities to grow and lead.
• Each application has a process time of 5 minutes to 15 minutes qualify and move on to the next applicant.
• Agents can choose platform: events, churches, food banks, section 8 housing, d2d, apt's, etc...
• We also have permanent locations where field agents are qualifying people who line up daily.

WHO CAN APPLY:
• Must be 18+ yrs old.
• Pass a background check.

EARN INCOME, WHILE SERVING THE GREATER CLERMONT COUNTY COMMUNITY

We are looking for Field Managers/Agents who will qualify low-income households for a Free Tablet via the Lifeline/Emergency Broadband Benefit programs. Agents will screen possible applicants, process applications, determine customer eligibility, and activate the free phones. As independent contractors, agents will be able to set flexible 6-8 hour schedule per weekday and determine their own work site.

Job Description:
• Agents will be able to set their own flexible work schedule and work up to 8 hours.
• Agents will dress business casual with a lanyard and name badge
• Agents will market the Lifeline service for StandUp Wireless
• Agents will approach all prospective customers and offer them free mobile phone service • Agents will screen prospective customers by determining if they either are receiving low income and/or government benefits (e.g. SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, Free School Lunch Program, Section 8)
• Agents will enroll customers into the Lifeline/EBB program by completing applications through an online portal.
• Agents will, upon customer eligibility, activate the device, place a test call, and dial 611.
• Agents will briefly assist the customer in setting up an online account.

Requirements:
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States
• Must be a self-starter or have a self-motivated and positive mental attitude
• Must be able to maintain professional attitude
• Must own a reliable smartphone or tablet to process customer enrollments
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must be willing to setup outside in low-income communities or target areas
