Local Pastors + Church Leaders! Opportunity for you!
When it comes to your church, are you frustrated by your lack of mobilization? Do you have people you want to see doing ministry but aren't doing ministry? Do your people feel apathetic about missions? Would you like to be sending people on mission trips, but you don't have resources? Do you want to send a team from your church, but you don't know how to get it organized?
If that's you, we are creating space for a free church leaders' dinner on Thursday, January 25th from 6-8pm. We have a resource for you! There are no strings attached. We're not asking for support or finances, but we want to provide you with a resource to help equip you and your people for the missions field, both locally and globally.

We know ministry can be draining. That's one of the reasons we started the Back40 Conference - so you can be refreshed, encouraged, and equipped! This is a safe space to come worship without responsibility, be prayed over without judgment, share joys and sorrows, and really... just not have to worry about being the leader for a few days.
