Service Setting Three with Communion from the Lutheran Service Book. The sermon
this morning is entitled “All According to Plan” and is based on Acts 2:14a, 22-36.

This Sunday is The Day of Pentecost! Pastor Kevin Peterson will lead us through the Divine Order of Service Setting Four with Communion. Pastor will preach from the book of Acts with his sermon "It's the Same Spirit". Acts 2:1-21
Jolene Schultz is our organist for the morning and leads our music. Adult Bible Study follows at approximately 10:15 am. Everyone is welcome to attend.

🎓 Celebrating Our Zion Lutheran Lions – Class of 2026! 💜🖤💛
Join us in honoring our Zion Lutheran School alumni as they reach an exciting milestone—high school graduation! Today, we’re proud to spotlight Logan LuPardus.
Logan attended Zion Lutheran School surrounded by classmates who became lifelong friends. One of his favorite memories was growing up alongside the same group of students and continuing those friendships through high school. He also cherished having his mom at ZLS, sharing, “She made it fun.”
Logan says Zion Lutheran helped prepare him for high school and beyond by shaping the person he is today. Through his time at ZLS, he gained special values and principles that continue to guide his life.
After graduation, Logan plans to attend ICC while exploring future career opportunities and discovering the path he wants to pursue.

🎓 Celebrating Our Zion Lutheran Lions – Class of 2026! 💜🖤💛
Join us in honoring our Zion Lutheran School alumni as they reach an exciting milestone—high school graduation! Today, we’re proud to spotlight Bryant Heapes.
Bryant attended Zion Lutheran from 4th grade through 8th grade, growing in both his education and relationships during his time here.
When asked about his favorite memory, celebrating friends birthdays at incredible pizza and graduation trip—a special time celebrating with classmates and making lasting memories.
Bryant says Zion Lutheran helped prepare him for high school by strengthening his academic readiness, especially as he entered his sophomore year, and by teaching him the importance of how to treat others.
Looking ahead, Bryant plans to join a branch of the National Guard to help pay for college while attending Fort Hays State University. He is interested in studying business management and information systems through their strong business and financial programs.

First Up is Jaxson Bryant

Join us in honoring our Zion Lutheran School alumni as they reach an exciting milestone—high school graduation! Today, we’re proud to spotlight Jaxson Bryant.
Jaxson attended Zion Lutheran from preschool through 8th grade, building strong friendships and lifelong memories along the way.
When asked about his favorite memory, Jaxson shared his graduation trip to Branson—“I had so much fun with friends and Mr. Pralle and Mrs. Cook!”
Jaxson credits Zion Lutheran with helping him develop a strong work ethic and preparing him academically, even putting him a year ahead in his studies as he entered high school.
Looking ahead, Jaxson plans to attend ICC to earn his associate’s degree, then transfer to Pittsburg State University to pursue a degree in mathematics through the actuarial pathway, with the goal of becoming an actuary.
