We weren’t created to follow Jesus alone.🗣️🔥
Throughout Scripture, we see that spiritual growth, wisdom, and life-change happen in the context of relationships. Jesus invested deeply in a small group of disciples (Luke 6:12-13), and the early church devoted themselves to shared life, fellowship, and discipleship (Acts 2:44-47).
Disciple-making isn’t just for pastors or leaders, it’s the calling of every believer (Matthew 28:18-20; 2 Timothy 2:2). God uses relationships to sharpen us, challenge us, encourage us, and help us become more like Christ.
Paul tells us to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace “along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart” (2 Timothy 2:22). We need people who will speak truth, draw out wisdom, and lovingly help us grow (Proverbs 20:5; Proverbs 27:6).
Growth happens when we move beyond attending and begin connecting. Beyond consuming and begin discipling. Beyond knowing and begin living.
Who are you walking with? And who are you helping follow Jesus?
