Do you dream of starting your own vegetable garden to supply fresh food for you and your family? Do you wish you knew more about gardening so you could be more successful in your growing?

Here's your chance:
The Extension Gardener Steward: "Green Thumb Boot Camp" session of classes are forming in the metro area:
Independence (Tuesdays starting February 4, 2025- March 4th; 6:30-8:30 p.m.)
This class takes place at Grace Church, 3601 S. Sterling Ave., Independence MO
The class is FREE.

The class is 5 sessions; one class per week for five weeks. The subjects of the classes are:
Site Assessment
3-Season Vegetable Gardening and Food Safety
Ornamental Gardening
Insects and Integrated Pest Management
Pollinator Habitat and Environmental Stewardship
