Our children had a combined class today and discussed the hands of God. Using Mormon 5:23 "Know ye not that ye are in the hands of God? Know ye not that he hath all power, and at his great command the earth shall be rolled together as a scroll?" they did a great activity that demonstrated how things in life are easier with God's hands helping us.

Yesterdays Sunday school lesson was all about the ants. We learned about their characteristics (following the Queen, their strength, their teamwork, preparedness, etc) and how God also provided those characteristics to us (following God, working together as a team to serve God, and preparing for our walk with God). We made thumbprint art to remind us to be like the ants. 🐜

Today our elementary class learned about Noah’s Ark while the pre-school class learned about Samson and Delilah (big thanks to our substitute teacher!!)

Today, our older class studied Genesis 3 and learned about Adam, Eve, the apple, and the temptation. They made snakes to remember the lesson.

Today in Sunday school, we talked about Independence Day and celebrated the 250th birthday of The United States.

We sang a song about the colors of the American flag and learned what each color represents. 🇺🇸 For video see comments.

Then we made adorable handprint bouquets to commemorate the day.
