New Day Lutheran You are welcome here! Join us for worship every Sunday at 9:15 a.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church located at 270 N. Placer in Idaho Falls.

We are a Christian community passionate about sharing the love and grace of God with ALL people, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religious background or health. The service will also be live-streamed via Facebook Live.

Happy Father's Day from New Day Lutheran Church 💙

Today, we give thanks for fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, foster fathers, adoptive fathers, and all the father figures who have offered love, guidance, encouragement, and support throughout our lives.

We also recognize that Father's Day can be complicated. Some are grieving the loss of a father or father figure. Some carry difficult memories of relationships marked by absence, neglect, or abuse. Others long to have known a loving father and never had that opportunity.

Wherever this day finds you—celebrating, remembering, grieving, healing, or feeling a mix of emotions—you are welcome here.

We pray for all who nurture, protect, teach, and care for others, and for those whose hearts are heavy today. May God's love surround you with comfort, peace, and hope.

"As a father has compassion for his children, so the Lord has compassion for those who fear him." — Psalm 103:13

Happy Father's Day. May God's grace be with you today and always. 💙

🖤❤️💛💚 Celebrating Juneteenth 💚💛❤️🖤

Today we honor Juneteenth, a day that commemorates freedom, celebrates resilience, and reminds us of the ongoing work of justice, equity, and reconciliation. As followers of Christ, we give thanks for the dignity and worth of every person and recommit ourselves to building communities rooted in love, welcome, and belonging.

At New Day Lutheran Church, we celebrate the rich gifts, histories, and voices of our Black siblings in Christ. May this day inspire us to listen, learn, and work together for a future where all people can flourish in freedom and hope.

🌈 Walk with New Day Lutheran Church at Idaho Falls Pride! 🌈

Join New Day Lutheran Church as we proudly walk in the Idaho Falls Pride Parade on Saturday, June 27!

📍 Meet us at the Unitarian Universalist parking lot at 9:00 AM for parade lineup.
🚶‍♀️ We’ll walk together along the Greenbelt, celebrating love, inclusion, and God's welcome for all people.

After the parade, be sure to stop by the New Day Lutheran Church Pride Booth! We'll be there throughout the event from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM and would love to visit with you, answer questions, share information about our ministry, and celebrate Pride together.

At New Day Lutheran Church, we believe that all are welcome, all are loved, and all are valued as children of God.

Bring your friends, family, and your Pride spirit—we hope to see you there!
