Baby/Family Dedication Sunday

What is Baby/ Family Dedication? In 1 Samuel 1:24-28 we see Hannah dedicate Samuel to the Lord. Our hope is to charge the parents and the church to commit each child to the Lord and trust that He will be sovereign over their lives in good and bad. That the parents will raise their children in a way that honors God and encourages their child to love and lead like Christ. That the church will come along side the families in aiding to support and encourage them in raising their children.


“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.”

Graduation Sunday and Dessert Auction 2026

Thank you church for your donations towards our youth kids heading to Sonfest in August and our mission team heading to Quebec in June!

We also are so proud of our two graduates and can’t wait to see what the Lord has in stored for their lives as they embark on this chapter. Please be praying for Jennifer and J’Bud as they finish there last few weeks of high school.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers of Calvary! We are thankful for the blessing y’all are to your families and your church family.

The Heart of a Mother

Motherhood is rarely easy, often involving long days, sleepless nights, and tireless sacrifice. Yet, it is a sacred calling that mirrors God’s love to the next generation. Even when you feel unseen or overwhelmed, your influence is shaping eternity. You don't have to be perfect; you just have to trust in the One who is. On this day, rest in the knowledge that you are loved by a God who comforts you like a mother comforts her child (Isaiah 66:13).

We are so proud of all of our Cubbies, Sparks, and T&T for their accomplishments this Awana year! We are so thankful to all of our volunteers that have taken time to study and pour into our Calvary Kids. Awana would not happen without our volunteers and parents willing to make Jesus a priority in our younger generation. Awana will start back in September on Wednesday from 6:30-8pm and we would love to see your kids there!
